Research: Gene expression analysis

The unit performs RNA analysis using techniques such as SAGE (Serial Analysis of Gene Expression) in order to map transcriptome patterns and identify new molecules implicated in various pathologies and genetic disorders. Recent emphasis is on Wnt-pathway signaling in cancer.
